With the recent increase in the federal tobacco tax, many smokers are now looking to kick the habit. To help, the St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment is offering “Freedom From Smoking,” a seven-week class designed to help people quit and stay tobacco-free.

You can learn about the program, various quit strategies, and more in this special edition of Health-E-News. The regular edition will arrive in e-mail on Tuesday, May 5.
