Renovations are moving forward at the Health Department building
at 1650 Boone's Lick Road in St. Charles!
During the project, many services will be temporarily relocated to accommodate construction. Here is the latest information as of April 28, 2008.
- Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) : Services have temporarily moved to the lower level of the new administrative area. Patrons can access Vital Records through the doors on the southwest corner, closest to Boone's Lick Road. Signs are posted to direct you to the new location.
- WIC: Services have moved to a temporary location at 400 N. 2nd St. in downtown St. Charles. The facility is located just north of the County Courts Administration building, with ample off–street parking for clients. For more information, call (636) 949–7402 to confirm the location.
- Immunizations: The immunization clinic will be closed from Wednesday, April 30 to Monday, May 5 so staff can move to a new temporary location.
