Strategic Plan - August 1999 (3rd Revision)
The strategic plan has been an ongoing project of the Department of Community
Health and the Environment since 1997. The plan is a tool to work toward a
vision of "A county of healthy, informed individuals living in a healthy, safe environment".
It is a pleasure to be able to make the plan available online for those who might
find it interesting and thought-provoking. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Community input is an important part of the planning process. To comment use the
