We welcome the opportunity to schedule interviews, locate expert spokespersons, forward press releases, provide up-to-date information and answer questions. It is our goal to assist the media with public health information requests as promptly and efficiently as possible.
All media interviews or photography sessions with administrators, directors and employees should be scheduled through the Public Information Officer. Media crews, reporters and photographers should be accompanied by a staff member when conducting interviews or taking photos at a St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment facility.
This policy is in effect to secure the confidentiality of patients and is in concurrence with HIPPA guidelines.
The Public Information Officer is available during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday by calling 636-949-7408. In case of an emergency after normal business hours, please call 314-541-8225
