GENERAL INFORMATION

The St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment STD Prevention & Treatment provides the following services:

  • pregnancy testing for St. Charles County residents
  • testing of vaginal secretions (infections)
  • testing for sexually transmitted diseases including gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV and herpes

STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) & HIV/AIDS Testing and Counseling

Confidential testing for STDs and HIV/AIDS is available by appointment only. This protects confidentiality and ensures that appropriate staff are available when you visit. For an appointment call 636–949–7401.

Appointments are required for all visits.

Services are provided on a sliding scale fee looking at income and Missouri poverty guidelines.
