Immunizations are offered at our St. Charles facility on weekdays except Thursdays. Registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. On the second Tuesday of the month we are open late until 7:00 p.m. Other Tuesdays, registration is open until 5:30 p.m.

Immunizations are also offered each month at the following locations:

2nd Thursday 9:00 am – 10:30 am
3rd Monday 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
