Call for a certification appointment at (636) 949-7402 or from the western part of the county 1 (800) 822-4012 ext. 7402

WHEN:

8:30 a.m.-12:00 noon
1:00 p.m. -4:30 p.m. weekdays


HAVE READY WHEN YOU CALL:

  • Your income information
  • Transfer information if you are moving from another state.
  • Your ID folder if you are moving within Missouri
