Who Is Invited To Participate

Any woman who is pregnant, postpartum (has been pregnant within the last 6 months), or is breastfeeding an infant that is up to one year old.

All infants and children under 5 years old

Services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis. Standards for participation are the same for anyone regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Alternate forms of publications may be obtained by contacting the:
